A quick assist

Common questions.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Levels, unlocks and local progress work offline. Rewarded ads, Google Play update checks, external support pages and optional crash and usage reporting need an internet connection.

Are there ads or in-app purchases?

The current version has no in-app purchases and no ads between levels. You can choose to watch a rewarded video for an extra boost or an in-game reward. Advertising data may be processed when the ad service loads an ad, before you watch it. See the advertising section of our privacy policy.

Why is a rewarded ad unavailable?

Check your connection and try again a little later. Availability depends on your region, privacy choices and the advertising service. You can keep playing levels while an ad is unavailable.

I watched an ad but did not receive the reward.

Wait for the ad to finish and return to the game. If the reward still does not appear, contact us with the reward you expected, the approximate time and time zone, your phone model and game version. A screenshot can help. Please avoid resetting or reinstalling the game while we investigate, as this can remove local progress.

Where is my progress saved?

Your progress is stored on your device. Goalbreaker has no player account or cloud-save service of its own, and does not sync progress between devices. Your operating system may back up app data depending on your settings, but restoration is not guaranteed. Contact us before reinstalling if you are trying to resolve a problem.

How do I reset my progress?

Open Settings → Reset progress and confirm. This clears your local game progress, including levels, coins, gems and unlocked items. This action cannot be undone. It does not delete reports already sent to third-party services; see your privacy choices for those.

The game feels slow or my phone gets warm.

Try Settings → Graphics → Low or Auto. Close other demanding apps and let the phone cool down if needed. If the problem continues, send us your phone model, operating system version, game version and the level where it happens.

How do I change privacy choices or request deletion?

In version 1.0.3 and later, new installations ask you to choose whether to share gameplay analytics and crash reports, with both options initially off. You can play without enabling either and change them independently in Settings → Data & privacy. Restart after disabling crash reporting so its automatic-reporting opt-out fully takes effect. Versions 1.0.2 and earlier use the combined Share usage data switch; your existing explicit choice is preserved when upgrading. Advertising choices are separate; Ad privacy options appears in Settings when required by the advertising consent service. For access or deletion requests, email us with the subject “Goalbreaker privacy request”. Read your choices and deletion options before removing the app.

How do game updates work on Android?

From version 1.0.3, the game can offer an available update through Google Play. You choose whether to download it, can keep playing during the download, and choose when to save and restart to finish installation. You can also check for updates from Settings. Google Play controls availability for your account and device, including access to a test release.

Versions 1.0.2 and earlier do not have this prompt; update from the Google Play listing first. Automatic updates can be managed separately in your Google Play settings. See the update privacy explanation.
