01Who we are

This privacy policy covers the Goalbreaker mobile game and this website. Goalbreaker is developed and published by Doğukan Saçmaözü, operating as Talvero Games, in Türkiye (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data we process for the purposes described here.

For privacy questions or requests, contact dogukangamesdev@gmail.com.

02Your game, on your device

Goalbreaker does not require a player account. It stores your level progress, stars, coins, gems, unlocked items, trophies, daily rewards and preferences in the app’s local storage. We do not upload your save file to a game server or provide our own cloud-save service.

Settings → Reset progress clears local game progress. Uninstalling the app normally removes its local storage, but your operating system may retain or restore app data through device backups. Backups are controlled by your device settings and platform provider. From version 1.0.4 on Android, the game limits Android backup and phone-to-phone transfer to its progress file: settings, your age range and the identifiers used by the services below are not included, and on Android 9 and later the progress file goes to cloud backup only when that backup is end-to-end encrypted. Resetting or uninstalling the game does not delete data already sent to the services below.

From version 1.0.4, the main screen of the game shows a link to our Instagram page (@goalbreakergame) to players aged 13 and over. Opening it hands you over to the Instagram app or your browser, where Instagram’s own privacy policy applies. The game receives no information from Instagram and cannot see whether you follow us. The one-time in-game reward for opening the page is kept with your local progress.

03Optional play statistics & crash reports

Gameplay analytics and crash reporting are optional. From version 1.0.3, new installations ask you to choose, with both options initially off. You can continue playing without enabling either option and change each choice later in Settings → Data & privacy. Advertising privacy choices are separate.

Play statistics · Firebase Analytics

Information can include level starts and results, shots, stars, time spent in an attempt, retries and continues, use and acquisition of powers, virtual-currency costs, screens viewed, rewards, cosmetic items unlocked and how they were obtained, attempts to open a locked chapter, ad impressions, clicks and reward results reported by the ads SDK, session activity, app version, device and operating system information, language, an app-instance identifier, Google Play install referral information and approximate location (such as city, region and country) derived from an IP address. We use it to understand how the game is played and improve difficulty and rewards. We do not add a player name, email address or account ID. Our Firebase Analytics configuration disables advertising ID collection and denies advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation for this analytics integration.

Gameplay events generated before you enable analytics are not later uploaded by the game. Some values sent with later events come from progress stored on this device and can reflect play from before you turned analytics on, for example the attempt number for a level, how many uses of a power you hold, your daily-reward day and how many stars a chapter still needs. Turning analytics off stops the game’s event uploads, disables analytics collection and resets locally buffered Firebase Analytics data. It does not automatically erase information already received by the service.

Crash reports · Firebase Crashlytics

Reports can include crash traces and error details, app version, device model and operating system, memory and storage information, installation identifiers, and game context such as the level, language and graphics setting. While crash reporting is on, Crashlytics also records app session information (Firebase Sessions), and when analytics is on as well, a crash report can include a short trail of the gameplay events recorded before it. We use this information to diagnose and fix technical problems.

Crashlytics can retain crash information on the device while reporting is disabled. If you later enable reporting, locally held crash reports may be sent. Turning reporting off stops the game’s own custom crash logs immediately; the SDK’s automatic reporting opt-out takes full effect on the next app launch. Restart the game after disabling this option.

These identifiers distinguish installations; this information is not necessarily anonymous. Turning sharing off does not automatically erase information already sent; the retention and privacy-rights sections below still apply.

Versions 1.0.2 and earlier use a combined Share usage data switch for analytics and crash reporting. When upgrading, an existing explicit choice is preserved for both options; you can then change them independently. Resetting game progress does not reset these privacy choices.

Test versions 1.0.0 to 1.0.3 also sent crash, ANR (app not responding) and performance diagnostics together with an installation identifier to Unity Technologies through Unity’s Engine Diagnostics service, regardless of the in-game choices. Later versions do not include this service.

04Rewarded ads & advertising privacy

The game uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. Videos play when you choose a reward; there are no ads between levels. Once the advertising privacy flow allows ad requests, the ad service can initialise and preload an ad before you choose to watch a video.

Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses and approximate location, device and app information, app launches and ad interactions, performance diagnostics, and device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID where available and, where applicable, identifiers related to accounts signed in on the device. The SDK also uses app set ID for permitted purposes such as analytics and fraud prevention. Advertising data is used to deliver and measure ads, maintain the service and prevent fraud, with personalisation depending on applicable consent and settings. The game does not request precise GPS location.

Google’s User Messaging Platform manages regional advertising privacy messages, including for the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland and supported US states. The message and options available depend on your region and the service’s requirements. Where required, Settings → Ad privacy options lets you review your choices. You may also use your device’s advertising controls. The current iOS implementation does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or access IDFA.

From version 1.0.4, every ad request asks for content suitable for general audiences only. For players under 16, or before the age question below is answered, ads are requested with Google’s child treatment: no personalised ads or remarketing, no third-party ad vendors and no advertising ID, and the regional advertising message is not shown.

Turning off gameplay analytics or crash reporting does not turn off AdMob processing. Read how Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google’s advertising privacy information for more about these services and controls.

05Google Play updates

From version 1.0.3 on Android, the game can check Google Play for an eligible update and offer Google’s optional in-app update flow. Play handles availability, downloads and installation. Downloading begins only after your confirmation; installation and restarting require a further choice. You can keep playing or decline an update. Your device’s separate automatic-update settings remain controlled by Google Play.

Update requests use device metadata, the application version and the list of installed app modules and asset packs to determine update availability and expected download size. This store functionality is separate from optional Firebase gameplay analytics and advertising choices. See Google’s in-app update data-safety information.

06When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, the name shown by your email service, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate the issue and handle your request. Support email is handled through Gmail. The game does not send support messages automatically.

Please send only what is needed to explain the issue. We do not need your passwords, payment details or identity documents for an ordinary support request. The current version offers no in-app purchases and does not collect payment information.

07Service providers & international processing

We use Google’s Firebase services for optional analytics and crash reporting, Google AdMob and its advertising partners for ads, Google Play for Android updates, Gmail for support, and GitHub Pages for this website. Test versions 1.0.0 to 1.0.3 also used Unity Technologies for engine diagnostics. Each receives the information needed for the relevant service. Google’s advertising partners are described in the consent interface where available.

These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. Applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses or recognised transfer frameworks where relevant, are described in their policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

08Retention & security

Different information has different retention periods:

  • Local game data: stays on your device until reset or removed, subject to device backup behaviour.
  • Crash reports: Google states that Crashlytics keeps crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems.
  • Analytics: user-level data follows the Analytics property’s configured retention period. Aggregated reports may remain longer. Turning sharing off does not itself delete past reports.
  • Advertising data: retention depends on Google and the relevant advertising partner, the purpose and applicable requirements.
  • Support messages: we retain messages as needed to answer your request and resolve related issues, or where retention is required for legal obligations or claims.

We use access controls to protect the services we manage. Firebase and Google Mobile Ads use encrypted connections for data in transit, and this website uses HTTPS. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

09Your choices & deletion requests

  1. Optional statistics and crash reports

In version 1.0.3 and later, choose independently in Settings → Data & privacy. New installations also offer these choices at first launch, with both options initially off. Restart after disabling crash reporting so its automatic-reporting opt-out fully takes effect. Older versions use the combined Share usage data switch.

  2. Advertising choices

Use Ad privacy options in Settings when available, and your device’s advertising controls. These choices are separate from optional Firebase sharing.

  3. Local progress and backups

Use Settings → Reset progress to clear progress. For other local app data or device backups, use your operating system’s app storage and backup controls. Removing data can permanently remove your progress.

  4. Access or deletion requests

Email dogukangamesdev@gmail.com with the subject “Goalbreaker privacy request” and describe what you would like us to do. You do not need to uninstall first.

Because Goalbreaker has no accounts, we may not be able to connect a report to you using a device model or approximate date alone. We will explain what we can identify, ask only for information reasonably needed to verify and handle your request, and use the relevant provider’s deletion tools where available. Information processed independently by an advertising provider may also require using that provider’s privacy controls. We respond within applicable legal time limits.

10Regional privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal data; restrict or object to processing; or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom & Switzerland

Where applicable, we rely on your consent for optional analytics, crash reporting and advertising processing that requires consent. We rely on legitimate interests to respond to support requests, secure our services and prevent abuse, and on legal obligations where processing is required by law. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain to your local data protection authority.

United States

Where state privacy laws apply, you may also have rights to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information, and to appeal a decision about a privacy request. Advertising disclosures to partners can qualify as “sale” or “sharing” under some laws, even without a direct payment for the data. Use the advertising privacy options offered in the game, or contact us to exercise applicable rights or appeal a decision. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

11Children’s privacy

Goalbreaker is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where local law requires a higher age for valid consent, that requirement applies.

From version 1.0.4, the game asks for your birth year once, when you first open it. Only an age range (under 13, 13 to 15, or 16 and over) is kept on your device; the year itself is not stored or sent, and the range is not shared with us or our providers. If you are under 16, play statistics and crash reports stay off and are not offered, and ads receive the protections described in the advertising section. The range is kept when you reset game progress and is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its data.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game or support, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12Privacy on this website

This website uses no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, contact forms or cookies of its own. Images and fonts are served with the site; visiting a page does not request fonts from Google Fonts.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub logs and stores visitors’ IP addresses for security, as explained in its Pages documentation. External links and your email provider are governed by their own privacy practices.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, its services or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain available at this address with an updated effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or ask for renewed consent.
